Coach Miller is a 1999 graduate of Olentangy High School (Lewis Center, Ohio), lettering in football and wrestling and served as captain of the '99 OHS wrestling squad.

A 2004 Kent State University graduate earning a B.A. in History, Miller was a four year rugby player, and two-time captain of the Golden Flashes squad while playing the #8 position.

Currently, Coach Miller serves as a Quality Lead for a large property insurance company and has three children attending Medina City Schools.   He is a level 300 certified USA Rugby coach and also holds the Director position for the Bees program, which joined the year after its inception in 2011.

Did you know?  - The 2016 MHS Girls Rugby Squad was runner up in the Division II Ohio State Championship in its first year of existence.    Also, Stephen’s wife Lea is a coach in the district, serving as an assistant varsity softball coach on Jess Toocheck’s staff.
