Coach Scerca is a 1995 graduate of Medina, lettering in football and track in his time as a Bee. He's also a 1999 Bowling Green State University graduate, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communication Sciences. While attending BGSU, he was a member of the Men's Rugby team. In each year of his four years, the team won the MAC conference championship and the Michigan Union Championship.
Currently, Coach Scerca is a supervisor for a large auto insurance company and has three children who attend Buckeye Local Schools. He is a level 200 certified USA Rugby coach and has held a coaching position within the Bees Rugby program for 3 years.
Did you know? - Brian's senior football team ('94) was the first Medina team to start a season 5-0 since 1942. They finished the year 8-2. A record that still stands as one of the program all-time bests.
