Jim and his wife Sue moved to Medina in 1999 and have been involved in the Medina community since their 3 children (Hannah ‘18, Evan ‘20, Brayden ’25) began elementary school. Whether it was coaching youth sports, supporting the marching band & music program or actively involved in the PTO all with the intention of creating a positive experience for the kids. Their two oldest children have graduated from MHS and currently have a 2025 senior who participates in Football and Baseball.

Dave and his wife Angie relocated to Medina in 2005 and started their involvement with the community shortly thereafter. Dave has coached 50+ teams (baseball, football & basketball) and was a Cub Scout Den Leader for 10 years. He currently serves as the Social Media Director for MYBA & Sting Travel Baseball and is a member of the Medina Baseball Diamond Club. Dave and Angie’s oldest son, Drew, graduated from MHS in 2024 and they have a 2029, Lance, who plays Football, Rugby & Rec Basketball.

Ron is a 1987 graduate of Medina and a 1991 graduate of Miami University. Ron has been covering Cleveland's professional sports teams on the radio and television for ESPN, SportsRadio WKNR and Bally Sports Ohio/Great Lakes and serves as the On Air Promotions Manager currently at Bally Sports. Ron is responsible for the Boosters messaging on social media, maintaining the Boosters alumni page and creating graphic elements for the scoreboard and Swarm shirts. He has been working with the Boosters since 2009.
